  3. Do you feel the Ohio Board of Nursing’s disciplinary action to suspend Nurse Jones’ license for one year was appropriate? Should a more strict action have been taken, such as permanently removing Nurse Jones’ license to practice as a nurse? Or, would a less punitive action such as only requiring remedial nursing education have been more appropriate?
